Return/Shipping Policy

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is always our top priority.  We work hard to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We always strive to make the Return and Exchange process as easy and hassle-free for you as possible. The process is very simple:
You must return the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund purchase price will be returned the same way the customer originally paid. (eg: if you paid by credit card the refund amount minus shipping charges and restocking fee, will be refunded to the same credit card account).

The refund process will take between 7 and 10 days.

No return or exchanges will be accepted if the product has incurred any changes or damages after it was purchased

 

Shipping Policy

We at Bella Pet Design want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 3 business days. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States:. We deliver our own products in Chicago Land, up to 60 miles around Chicago, and for other parts of United States in order for us to ship, you must first contact us for rates, as some of our products can not be shipped with regular carriers due to their size. If you want your shipment outside Chicago Land Area (60 miles around Chicago), please contact us at (312) 224-1742 so we can make different arrangements.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday but we can deliver if scheduled over the phone with one of our representatives. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next 3 business days.

Please note: If you have the products shipped - Signature Required shipping method, you are authorizing the person who delivers to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither Bella Pet Design nor The Shipping Company is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

Please note: Bella Pet Productions reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Bella Pet Design is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
